We can’t grow or reach our full potential if we’re being weighed down by people or situations that drain us.
Now, I’m more intentional about the energy I allow around me. If it doesn’t feel supportive, if it doesn’t lift me up, I gently let it go.
I know it’s sometimes not easy, but I can promise putting yourself first is ALWAYS worth it. I feel so lucky to have the circle I do, but this is also a reflection of the standard I’ve set for myself.
