Alice Levine Instagram – As the last @crossedwiresfest speech bubbles get stored away (made by the extremely talented @gilesgroverstudio), many thank yous are in order! Of course, to our incredible performers who WOWED all weekend (& their teams who made it happen), but also to the people who magicked a festival out of thin air…
The first person to come on board, after @jamesohara_again @dinosofos & I decided this was possibly a good idea (?!), was the forever impressive @hbennett85, our Festival Director. She has always thought of something (& actioned it) a cool 2 weeks before we have! This wouldn’t h̶a̶v̶e̶ b̶e̶e̶n̶ a̶s̶ s̶p̶e̶c̶t̶a̶c̶u̶l̶a̶r̶ have happened at all without her!

@totally.okay, who created the most stunning (dat I say iconic?) visuals – the squiggles, bubbles, colours. Beautiful, Nick!
Our legendary production manager, @timmcleasbyfilm, who is entirely unflappable and just a joy. Fringe venue from scratch in a day? No probs!
@_rosewilcox & @katharbo who just took charge and made the free Fringe one of the proudest moments of the whole festival
@robnicholson @p_e_d_a_l_o & his team of talented photographers and videographers – @lili_takesflickis, @tom_sunderland, @elliecleasbyfilm and @coryholmes_uk . You seemed to be in two places at once and didn’t miss a beat! Gorgeous photos and film.
@pizzyl, who is a force, nothing is too small or big an ask, someone who is just up for an adventure, and is one of life’s enthusiasts, I’m going to try and channel some LP!
@_katehardy_ & @viejuseyo (poster papering might be something they never want to do again!) and @jennyeells plus all our volunteers who got stuck in to help things run so slickly and smoothly (no paste pun intended)…it was such a pleasure
Oh and if you’ve seen any posts on this event 👀 (I know, I know, we’re so shy), it’s all down to the master of the socials dark arts @tomandthat & the great work of @bensenior_ (camcorders are back!)
