This was my first ever kundalini yoga retreat, and I certainly was not prepared for the onslaught of emotions that over took my being every morning on the yoga mat thanks to our absolutely amazing teacher @sukhmanibajwa . We don’t even realise the amount of pent up emotion each of us carries through the rigours of life, and a revisit and reset is absolutely necessary so we can fill our cups every now and then so we are ready to give ourselves wholeheartedly in all of our relationships as a mother, wife, daughter, sibling or friend .
I am so grateful to @experience_encompass and @ajnayogaretreat for choosing me to be a part of this surreal journey of deep reflection and release . More than anything else I’m so glad I met some amazing people from different walks of life, each of us with our own struggles and yet uniting in our surrender to the greater power . Satnam. 🪯🙏🏼♥️
