Archana Vijaya Instagram – Had the most intense and beautiful kundalini yoga session with @sukhmanibajwa and @ajnayogaretreat . My very first experience which was all encompassing, filled with joy, exhilaration, emotional release and a feeling of oneness with our creator . 🙂
We all need to be able to disconnect, reconnect, and rejuvenate by finding time for ourselves through a retreat such as this . Beyond grateful to be here in surreal Al-ula in Saudi Arabia, with the most amazing people, most of whom I did not know before this.
