Christina Pascucci Instagram – The average lifespan in the U.S. has actually FALLEN to 76, so middle age for many is not 50. It’s 38. Reading that shook me. And it’s why I’m especially grateful for reset moments like these. It’s so important to get out of your environment, away from the noise, and back to yourself. It’s an opportunity for a check in— are you living your why? Have you thought about what that why is? Are your thoughts, words, and actions aligned with creating that?
