Diana Nyad Instagram – Today’s Travel Tuesday a reminder to appreciate the grand nature right in our own backyards. I am so very lucky to have visited much of planet earth but I go just 45 mins from my home in Los Angeles, to visit my dear friend Candace, and we find great joy in exploring the mountains and canyons in her desert environment. Especially in winter, when the clarity of air and colors is astounding, we don’t have to travel to exotic lands to be enthralled in our environment.
