Elizabeth Smart Instagram – The second picture is from the last official timed half marathon I ran. I was pregnant with my youngest daughter and every step of the way was a struggle! Fast forward to today I halved my time, set a PB, and had a blast. When I began running I was not fast at all, in fact my youngest brother could out walk my run. I’m so proud of the running journey I’ve been on, today makes all the early mornings, tired afternoons, hours and hours of running and speed training feel like and perhaps serves me as a reminder that if I make up my mind and commit to a goal and stay consistent anything is possible. | Posted on 14/Sep/2024 23:39:34
