Michelle Chandler, a Colorado mother of five, was changing in a Nordstrom dressing room when she noticed a man recording her under the partition. After seeking help from the staff members, she noticed he was trying to escape so she sprung into action and took matters into her own hands. Two staff members eventually stepped in to help, but soon thereafter store management came in and demanded that the employees remove themselves from the altercation immediately, leaving Michelle and her friend Asia to control the man on their own for at least 15-20 minutes. What was equally disappointing were the male customers who walked right past Michelle and instead of offering to help, pulled out their phones to record. Thankfully, Michelle is okay and the violator was eventually taken into police custody. The only good from all of this was hearing how taking control her violator allowed Michelle to heal from traumas that she has suffered from since childhood. Today, I turned 40, and dropped my youngest off at his first day of Kindergarten. These kinds of transitions are big and sometimes scary, but God, are they special. I am in the sweet spot, and life feels like it’s in full bloom. Things really do get better the longer you get to live in your body, and the closer you get to yourself. Feeling extra grateful to do life with my husband, learn from my two sweet boys, cherish time with my parents, have my cup filled by friends and sisters, grow together with my Gracie University team, and continue to challenge my healthy body. My heart feels happy and full. Thank you for the love I felt today. ….and there is more fun to be had 💃🏽

I cried the entire time making this. 😭 There has been a lot going on the last couple of months, and I am so grateful for the moments in life that slow down time. This week at @clazyuranch was one of those moments. They have an incredible team and we met some awesome people. I loved watching the boys gain some independence and meet new friends. I have yet to gain confidence on a horse, but I love going out of my comfort zone especially when my boys and @renergracie are cheering me on. ❤️ Cherishing these memories.
