Gabriela Dias Instagram – We kicked off our NYC adventure by hitting the road around mid-morning for a quick hour drive to Manhattan, zooming straight to our hotel, which is super close to Times Square. The hotel is a blast, and our room is just adorable! The decor is filled with fun trivia about famous entertainers that I never even knew—such a cool touch! @hardrockhotelnyc
We’re within walking distance of Central Park, the new Louis Vuitton pop-up store, FAO Schwarz @faoschwarz , and Rockefeller Plaza (where, by the way, the famous Christmas tree is under construction, but the ice rink is all set!). We also visited the LEGO @lego store, and Brian decided to film his first-ever “YouTube” style video while putting together his LEGO set. Seriously, he was just too cute! #newyork #manhattan
For lunch/dinner, we hit up Jams @jams_nyc right by Central Park. I used to stay at this hotel @1hotels a lot when I was a member of Inspirato @inspirato , so it feels like a home away from home. We walked so much today, and only at the end did we finally catch a taxi, which decided to take the long way around and charged us $16 for it. Ugh, I hate when they assume I’m a tourist! But I didn’t say anything because, let’s be real, cab driving is tough, and who knows, maybe it was just a mistake.
