Khyati Shree Instagram – I had a fun day exploring Bangalore Palace and the area around it. Bangalore palace is beautiful, but stands nowhere close to Mysore palace in terms of both size and grandeur. The interiors and artefacts are little underwhelming, there are some really beautiful paintings but some walls looked like a school bulletin board, they had no rhyme or rhythm. The audio guide goes on talking about history of Wodeyar family but could not help if I had any questions like why am I looking at a room full of folded sarees, is it part of display or for sale?
