Today the movers and packers team came to wrap up my life in Delhi. What a hectic day this was. Guess which state I am shifting to 🧐🧐🧐
Life update, I am leaving Delhi forever. Its been my home and its been my dream city. Delhi has so much to give, its an endless treasure. Delhi has been a refuge to the world, but now its difficult to breathe here, population and pollution has both taken a huge toll. Sadly I don’t see things getting better anytime soon. We suffered the worst AQI when we were promised the lowest in last decade. So many more things that I will miss about this place, can’t possibly pen everything down. These are just a few things I was able to capture that are my favourites. Saying goodbye to chaos for sometime now 💕
Delhi to Jaipur was a total of 5 hours. We took the heavenly Mumbai Expressway that started from Sohna and we exited it after 4 hours at Dausa for our stay in Jaipur. The stretch from Dausa to Jaipur was a 1 hour drive and we faced evening traffic. Goa still seems so far away 🥲
Changed my hair colour again
It was my last night in Delhi and I thought to spend it with my domestic helper, Ruksana didi. She handled all the cooking and cleaning chores at our house in Delhi, and she is so so so good at it. She has helped me host friends at home and held so much love for my dog, Mango. She used to cross the mall everyday before coming to work but never went in. As we are leaving, we thought of taking her to the mall for dinner and shopping. We had a really nice evening, we all agreed the expensive biryani was overrated and we all had better versions at home. It was nice to see her enjoy her mocktails.
