Today is an opportunity for attunement with your highest purpose as the gateway between the physical and spirit world is activated. Magic and manifestation is at its peak.
Any and every day is an opportunity to tune in, but how marvellous to collectively activate the notion of magic. Someone once told me: you can choose your beliefs, so choose wisely. And I choose enchantment and the fantastical. In other words, full expansion and potential, more pragmatic terms for the pragmatists amongst us.
My shamanic teacher @jaskbhatia shared some practises for this month:
1. Adopt a species- plant, seed, animals, baby
2. Write all the things that are blocking “the life of your dreams” and let them go… Put them in a flowing water or under tap water after burning them (after committing them to paper). Then bring in what you want to “manifest”; write it and place it in your Altar. Any time, within August, take it out and let it go (burn the paper)
3. Sit in meditation to increase your physical body’s ability to carry more Light
4. Meditate and Imagine that Golden Star Dust is entering your crown chakra
5. Start a Practice of Gratitude
