I love my sleep but I don’t always get the best quality of rest. I’m guilty of staying on my devices too late and using Netflix instead of a soothing bedtime ritual to ease me into bed.
Thanks @luke_coutinho for a fab sleep hamper with tools to help coax me to drift off without the iPad. Like the best Sleep Easy Essential Oils, some sweet, soothing camomile tea from Dancing Leaf, a conscious breathing Relaxator Trainer (this is new to me! Have to do a test run) and some sleep tape.
You know how lack of sleep makes you grumpy, hazy and unfocused all day? Imagine if everyone got a deep, great night’s rest? I dare say the world would be a happier place.
