Happy 14th birthday to my little monster 👹 When I got Kaia I was learning how to drive ( I was 15 ) and had only been training MMA for a few months. Since then she has been there through my whole career, road-tripped all over the country, been there in the broke times and the not so broke, lost a couple of brothers, gained a brother and sister, and been on endless adventures. Here’s to hoping for many more good years with my girl 💙

Chronicles of a fight family: last week @shealorladd and I were making sure he was on weight for his pro debut( it went great ) now I’m getting ready for ….things . If one of us isn’t cutting weight and / or fighting in a given month the other usually is 😂 and I suspect it will get even busier in the coming years, with my little sister going into wrestling next year and training all the things. It’s pretty awesome actually
