Yes, I KNOW that I currently sound like a 12 year old boy, but as previously mentioned I’ve been sick and can’t help it 😂 Starting to feel better today, but not good enough yet to safely go back to the gym without polluting my teammates. Therefore, it was just cardio and finding bones 🦴 with my 3 favorite cardio buddies 🐕🐕🐕
It occurred to me the other day that I really can’t remember the details of more than one or two of my Birthdays ….because I never celebrate them. So this year I decided that I wanted to make it the best and most memorable one yet …and it was 💙
Being back in full on fight camp , means that I’m also back on full on recovery protocol with @the_massage_messiah …super necessary especially with how active this year is going to be fight wise with @gflleaguemma 🙂

Our Thursday night practices are absolutely miserable…and one of my favorite training sessions of the week . After that I pretty much drive home to take a Power Nap, because I have to be up at 2am to make my 4am training session at @gamefitsac . I’m beyond grateful for it all , I LOVE THIS SHIT actually 💪
Any other history nerds out there? I always have been, I blame my grandparents for exposing me to the good stuff as a kid. We would frequently go check out museums, California Missions, and other historical sites .
