Autumn Calabrese Instagram – I’ve never seen anything like this. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to check on us. My home & family are safe but so many need so much. They have lost everything. I shared a few websites that you can donate to in my stories. But here are a few other ways that you can help.
1. DONATE: clothing, bedding, school supplies, old phones, computers, sports equipment yes, student athletes have lost everything too & that might be the one place they can find a little piece of normalcy. Go to the shelters and donate.
2. If you have a property to rent, rent to someone that has been displaced. I saw on the news Airbnb is offering temporary housing for those in need for free. Go to Airbnb.com
3. Planet fitness locations (ones not impacted by the fires) are offering free WiFi, use of the locker rooms, showers & electrical outlets.
I’ve seen us band together before & help in great ways, it’s time to do it again. This is going to take more than government assistance. We can all help shine a little light for those that are experiencing their darkest days.
