Bethany C. Meyers Instagram – Okay these moves are simple, straightforward and can be done watching tv! It’s rare I get a chance to do them all together without interruption, but if I have a minute it’s one of these five moves I go to.

All of these are postpartum safe (once cleared by your provider) and do specific things to support the body after pregnancy. I personally think 6 weeks is too early for most to start working out (it was for me). First and foremost make sure the pelvic floor is in tact! Start small and listen to your body.

TBH my number one fitness goal right now is to be able to get up off the floor without holding something or using my hands. I’d also like to be able to baby wear for extended periods without feeling like my insides are gonna fall out. 🫠 This is a good place to start!

The only other ingredient needed is giving yourself a lot of grace as you get started!
