Bethany C. Meyers Instagram – The sequence is SUCH A GOOD postpartum stretch. I’ve been sliding it in any chance I get and my shoulders and hips are thanking me. You don’t have to be postpartum to benefit – it’s great if you’re feeling tight, overly anxious or disregulated. It gently stretches shoulders, chest, spine hips and hamstrings so I would say most of us need this one!
