I wish I had started this earlier in my life specifically in my 20’s because If you knew what is said about you in your absence from the people closest to you, you would only smile at animals.
Invest some of your free time and energy into your health and fitness…. It’s the best gift that you can give yourself and your family. I have stopped wasting my time and energy on people who disturbed me and drained me… Instead I work out, I laugh, I spend time in nature … I no longer depend upon others for my happiness and fulfilment. Not everyone is worth the fight. Remember Your worth is not determined by the opinions of toxic people. Refuse to be a dumping ground for someone else’s negativity. Your life becomes a masterpiece when you learn to master the art of saying no to toxicity.
You can’t go back and change the beginning. But you can start where you are & change the ending….
