Feeling unsure about your journey? Try this: Take a moment to reflect on the last five years and pick one word that best captures each. It might help you see patterns or areas that require extra care or change.
Once you have your words, do you notice any patterns? Maybe it’s clear where something needs to shift, or perhaps you’ll spot areas where you’ve grown or need to focus more.
This exercise can be challenging—it requires some real honesty with yourself. But sometimes, we let a single moment define a whole year when, in reality, it’s just a small part of it. Acknowledging this can give you the clarity to move forward with more intention.
