Courtney Halverson Instagram – Last month, when I was putting together my recap of 2024 I thought of this quote again. Because truly, when I combed through my camera roll, I was struck by just how beautiful the moments and laughter and experiences were to me vs any material object.
Moving forward into the new year, I want to keep this in the forefront of my mind. It’s so easy (and I’m of course guilty of this) to fall in love with the idea of objects and things being a source of joy. And they can, sometimes, but at the end of the year (and surely at the end of my life) I know I’ll find memories and moments far more precious.
