Courtney Halverson Instagram – Sometimes I wish that I was a better writer. Most often it comes after I’ve finished a book, and I sit there wondering how on earth something so simple as words on a page have moved me and transported me (if only for a little while) somewhere new. And I think, what a gift it must be – to be able to write like that, to craft a story that leaves the reader changed.
I’ve learned to create in my own way, little vignettes and scenes and characters that I step into. Curating a small moment to scroll through with accompanying (but oh so short) words. I love what I do, but I’ll always feel a little remorseful that I feel oceans within but can only ever express a drop.
