The @ritzdiner in Livingston is one of our favorites. I just love their “health” salad and the chocolate chip pancakes are huge! Along with every baked good. Mile high lemon meringue, babka breads, I could go on and on !
I have great memories of the diner after footballs games or college nights. It seems to hit the spot anytime of the day . Fun fact I was a waitress at a small one in my town that had the best Greek salad aka the Sammy Salad!
