Ellie Holcomb Instagram – I love how David reminds me that I never have to carry my complaints or burdens alone. The Psalms are honest and raw and real, and I love that they so often have given me permission to be human. I’ve discovered over the years that God is the BEST listener, so when my heart is troubled or I am frustrated to NO END with circumstances or others or myself, I don’t have to just let that frustration fester…there’s a kind and compassionate listener, who knows the way through every valley, hardship, and battle we’ll ever face. Oh God, help me remember, I can pour my heart out to You, and that You will listen and show me the way through whatever it is I need help with. I’m so thankful that we never walk alone.
