Gemma Atkinson Instagram – I didn’t train this morning, but I moved & stretched and for brief moments the sun came out.
What a difference already.
Focusing on nothing that’s happened, only my breathing.
A reminder to myself that movement is my medicine & I have to get myself back into my regime. It’d be easy for me sit around and wallow over the past 5 months. But I refuse to stay in that place when there’s so much to be thankful for.
Let the healing begin ❤️
