Jenni Falconer Instagram – It’s tough to find the motivation when it’s cold, grey and January! That’s why it’s the best time of year to set yourself a challenge, or have a goal that gets you up, out and active at a time when staying warm and indoors is far more appealing.
I’m training for the @londonmarathon and the @londonlandmarkshalf and running outside in January without a doubt makes you feel great at the start of a new year, gives you an energizing boost and puts colour in your cheeks.
