I’ve had a week’s rest on account of a knee niggle….with the @royalparkshalf looming, I wasn’t taking any risks. So fully rested, and thankfully recovered, today was my first run in what felt like ages! And it felt amazing.
Here’s to the next run….
Sometimes you have to take a small step back to take the next steps forward.
