✨ So many of us start the New Year with an abundance of goals, only to have them peter out or dwindle completely in a few months, or even a few weeks!
This can cause feelings of despair, or feelings of failure, because you didn’t achieve “that goal”.
My belief is that we can give ourselves more grace to accomplish those goals, perhaps in a longer period of time, or to have compassion for yourself, if you fall off the saddle, to simply get back on and start again.
