I did day one of my @Sweat Challenge yesterday and I’m feeling it!
Remember… this challenge is about progress, not perfection.
Here are my top tips to help you stay on track, enjoy the process, and make sustainable habits that LAST.
Set realistic goals 👉 Instead of “I’ll work out every day,” aim for “3-4 focused sessions a week.” Consistency beats perfection!
FUEL your body 👉 Nutrition is key! Think of food as fuel for your workouts AND recovery.
Be flexible 👉 Life WILL happen, and that’s okay. If you miss a workout or indulge in a treat, keep moving forward.
Make it fun 👉 Get a friend involved, go for walks together, and share in your progress!
