Here are my top tips to help you stay on track, enjoy the process, and make sustainable habits that LAST. Set realistic goals 👉 Instead of “I’ll work out every day,” aim for “3-4 focused sessions a week.” Consistency beats perfection! FUEL your body 👉 Nutrition is key! Think of food as fuel for your workouts AND recovery. Be flexible 👉 Life WILL happen, and that’s okay. If you miss a workout or indulge in a treat, keep moving forward. Make it fun 👉 Get a friend involved, go for walks together, and share in your progress! #SweatChallenge
