On my recent travels, I did a few interviews, and in each interview, I was asked, “Is there one community member or story that sticks out to you?” My answer is Deb. Every single time. The reason I always think of Deb is that through everything, after receiving her cancer diagnosis and eventually being unable to train… she still continued to show up every single day. Not only for herself but for the @Sweat community as well. She was SO positive. She was gracious and open with her journey, even until the very end. If you can learn ONE thing from Deb, it’s to not take your health for granted. Be grateful every day for the ability to move your body, and find support in your community when you need it. Deb… we love you and miss you every day.

DUBAI!! It’s been SUCH an amazing week with the incredible @Sweat community! @dubaiactiveshow bootcamp with @katiemmartin_ was SO SO SO fun 🤩 Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported us, we had the best time! Fun fact, this was Katie’s FIRST international bootcamp and she absolutely smashed it!! I’ve also been keeping a secret. There might have been ONE other reason I was in Dubai…….
