Chin up, lean slightly back, pull the bar towards YOU ✔️ Tucking your chin and trying to pull yourself up with your arms in an extended hanging position can feel almost impossible! I shared this video on my stories and got so many messages from you ladies saying you had no idea you weren’t supposed to tuck your chin! So sharing it here too for anyone who missed it 🙏 So many of you said you got such a better outcome after implementing these tips which makes me so happy!
