Sharing my tips to keep your hair healthy and glowing postpartum: 1️⃣ Don’t stop your supplements! Keep taking folic acid, vitamins, and whatever your doctor prescribes. Breastfeeding can drain your body of nutrients, so replenish them religiously. 2️⃣ Eat right. Include plenty of protein, green leafy veggies, and a balanced diet to nourish your hair from within. 3️⃣ Hair care is key. Use a good hair oil and serum weekly. I swear by the ones from @indewild 4️⃣ Avoid bleach. Opt for hair color from good brands without bleaching to minimize damage. 5️⃣ Invest in quality shampoo & conditioner. I use Olaplex, and while it’s pricey, it’s been a game-changer for my hair health. 6️⃣ Minimize heat. Let your hair air dry or use low-heat tools. I love my @dyson , but there are budget-friendly options too. 7️⃣ Unpopular opinion: I don’t cut my hair often. I trim it only once every 7-8 months to let it grow naturally without disturbing it. 8️⃣ Consider biotin gummies. These supplements worked wonders for me!
