Memories and deep gratitude..
My heart breaks as I watch the devastating wildfires that Los Angeles is currently facing. My thoughts are with all those affected and support goes out to everybody in the emergency services that are working tirelessly to help. ❤️
Wishing you all a very Happy New Year! ✨❤️
As we reflect on the year gone by and the one that lies ahead, I know 2024 has been a challenging time for many. In my life, I was diagnosed with skin cancer and breast cancer. I’m not ashamed to say that it’s been tough. Sometimes, all of us are overwhelmed by loneliness, anxiety, or sleeplessness. So this year, I decided to seek out tools that can help with healthfulness, wellness, and peacefulness. That’s why I’m excited to be partnering with @zoul.meditate, a new meditation, wellness, and sleep app. In those times when I needed a simple reminder that “everything will be okay,” Zoul’s personalised voice has helped me to find peace, quiet my mind, and work on my own inner strength and resilience. As part of our partnership, Zoul is providing valuable audio content in 17 languages, supporting communities worldwide facing mental health challenges. They will also donate to my charity, @sarahs_trust_, to fund mental health and wellness initiatives across the UK and globally. I’m incredibly proud of this collaboration. Our shared mission to bring mindfulness and a focus on mental wellbeing to everyday life is something I truly believe in. You can listen to my audio messages and read the letter I’ve written for you now for free on Zoul. I hope these tools will help you find peace, strength, and resilience as we move into 2025. I believe in this mission so much, I am an equity partner and I plan to share more of my journey with Zoul throughout 2025 so do download the app and join me if you’d like to be a part of it. #Owner #Ad #Partner
Flora and Fern are waiting for you in Holly Wood for a very festive party. My new children’s book, Flora and Fern: Wonder in the Woods is out now. I am so excited to share this special tale with you, which I was so proud to create alongside illustrator expert, Denise Hughes. If you fancy a cosy read for you and your little ones, visit the link in my bio to get your copy now. Thank you for reading. 🐰❄️🦔 @denisehughesdesign @newfrontierpublishinguk
How fantastic to be able to join the children of Surrey Square Primary School in @thecaringfamilyfoundation’s Festive Wonderland. From reading the students Flora & Fern: Wonder In The Woods, to enjoying some Christmas themed cakes and having an unforgettable visit from a majestic polar bear, it was so great to see so many big smiles on the children’s faces. Thank you to all of the volunteers that helped to provide such a magical day, and for all the good work you’re doing as part of the ‘Food From The Heart’ campaign to fight child poverty and food insecurity in the UK.

After forming a friendship earlier this year, The Duchess of York and Sally Dynevor have teamed up to support the charity Prevent Breast Cancer, and they’re here to tell us about their goal! ❤️ #Lorraine
I’m thrilled to have been a part of The United Nations International Day of Education show hosted by @peaceoneday_official. Education has always been a powerful tool for positive change. Since founding Children in Crisis in 1993, followed by @sarahs_trust_ in 2019, we’ve educated over 1.4 million children, trained more than 18,000 teachers, and built 57 schools. But we’re not stopping there – each year, we continue to support hundreds of schools worldwide. I’d encourage you all to watch today’s live #EducationDay show, which can be found at the link in my bio. Together, we can raise awareness and continue to fight for access to education for every child, everywhere. Let’s make sure education continues to be a foundation for peace and progress. @unitednations

On this Blue Monday, often thought to be the most challenging day of the year, let us remember the power of connection. A quick and simple check-in with a friend can make all the difference and remind them that they’re not alone. We are all stronger together! ❤️
The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals, of which I am a proud patron, supports over 300 animals in six services: Police, Fire, Prison, Border Force, National Crime Agency, and the NHS, with affordable insurance for veterinary bills widely unavailable for service animals once they have retired. The NFRSA has created a beautiful calendar for sale this year, which is sponsored by Jollyes The Pet People with 100% of the price of the calendars are going straight to where it is needed. £100k in grants have already been gifted to animals the last 2 years since the charity launch, with still more work to do to support them in their twilight years. You can order your calendar at the NFRSA’s website at the link in my bio. @nfrsa_official @jollyesuk @sarahs_trust_
So lovely to see my new BFF @sarahferguson15 to tell @lorraine all about our charity @preventbreastcancer’s fundraising appeal with @biggiveorg. Any money you can donate will be doubled by @biggiveorg & every penny will go towards a new National Breast Imaging Academy that will save lives. biggive.org Dress from @wyselondon.
We are thrilled to have the incredible support of our dear friend, The Duchess of York, for our Light Up A Life Appeal. The Duchess has already done so much extraordinary work for children and young people, and we are truly honoured to have her endorsement. In addition to her support, The Duchess has generously donated copies of her beloved children’s books to our charity partners, including her wonderful new release, ‘Flora and Fern: Wonder in the Woods’ 📚 1 in 3 children live in poverty in London. Child poverty can severely and negatively impact a young person’s future, limiting their opportunities and taking a toll on their physical and mental health. Since its launch in 2022, The Firefly Project and its incredible charity partners have transformed over 23,500 young lives. As we are 100% donor-funded, Quintessentially Foundation relies on the generosity of supporters like you to continue providing vital assistance to those who need it most. Please donate to our appeal before it closes on 31st December 2024 – link in bio💙
As the Co-Founder and Global Ambassador for the @youthimpactcouncil I’m determined to help elevate the voices of young people. This week I had the delight of co-hosting a roundtable with @mylifemysay, @dan_lawes, @institutegc and Ryan Wain to help strengthen the meaningful engagement of youth across the FCDO and UN. It was great to hear from my Y.I.C members, @amielbakshi and @pooja.tilvawala, as we met with several stakeholders from across the UN ecosystem to discuss how and why the UK does not currently have an official Youth Representative at the United Nations. Thank you also to @usglobalyouthenvoy and @paullierfelipe for your contributions.
