When I stayed at @treeful.treehouse gorgeous Okinawa, I was introduced to the concept of Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing. Something I had been doing for my whole life but only now could put a name to the action. To be calm and quiet in the forest, observing your surroundings and allowing the sounds to calm your somatic senses and release tension in your body. 🪲🐟
