That’s what @LeanInOrg Circles are all about.
Lean In Circles combine a world-class leadership curriculum with the power of peer groups coming together to learn new skills, share their experiences, and celebrate each other’s wins. They’re part workshop, part coaching — and they have an enormous impact.
To date, more than 100,000 women have started Circles in 183 countries. Women in Circles are accomplishing awesome things: they’re changing laws, serving their countries, starting new businesses, and raising up the next generation of leaders. The stories from our community are a huge source of inspiration for me and so many others.
Too often, the world tells women why they can’t do something. But again and again, our members say their Circles are the ones who tell them they can. 85 percent of members attribute a positive life change to their Lean In Circle, and almost two-thirds have taken on a new challenge since joining. And so often, when women have the support of their Lean In Circles, they channel it into changing their workplaces and communities for the better too.
