Amy Huberman Instagram – Happy Nollaig na mBan to you all ❤️ I had saved my one final slice of Christmas pudding to put it in the freezer for my birthday because I love it so much, but then I thought why freeze joy for another day when we can fry it in butter, pour cream on it and enjoy it today? Sort of like life I suppose.
I don’t normally fry it in butter but some of you guys here told me you do it all the time so I had to give it a go and my verdict is….. you are not insane!
However, one of you told me you fry it with an egg and sausages and black pudding on Stephen’s Day which made me do exhibit B in picture 2 and I’m not sure you are okay? You okay hun? But also you do you 🙌
