Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Fit over 40!!!
I’d love to tell you that for me it’s only about my health but that would be a lie. My health is definitely priority #1 but I do like looking good & feeling good in my own skin. I don’t have 100% confidence and self love every day, but it’s always something I’m working to improve.
Being fit over 40 means I have the energy to keep up with my 16 year old son. It means I get to lead by example and inspire others on their health journey. It means I have the endurance to film multiple workouts a day, work long hours, or have a late night with the girls and still bounce back quickly (ok maybe not as quick as when I was in my 20s), but definitely faster than if I wasn’t taking care of myself.
Fit & healthy looks different on everyone. My journey isn’t a judgment on anyone else’s, if anything I hope it’s a road map for those looking for some guidance.
