Let’s make Strawberry Chocolate bark 🍓🍫 This is such a delicious sweet treat packed with fiber, flavonoids, antioxidants & healthy fat. I used Enjoy Life dark chocolate that gluten free, nut free & only had 5g added sugar per serving. When you use real ingredients that aren’t packed with tons of added sugar you’re not going to get a huge blood sugar spike, which means you won’t crash from it either. A little bit is very satisfying especially with the healthy fat from the coconut oil in there. It’s hard to give an exact serving size since you break it up into bark. My best advice here is to break a piece off, enjoy it and save the rest for another day.
