Donated gift cards, food and masks to multiple distribution sites. Volunteered at @victorybiblechurch the past two days. What an incredibly welcoming and resilient community. So many in their congregation lost their homes, but each one of them is surrounded by support and love.
The immediate response from our community has been overwhelming, beautiful and appreciated. As with many situations like this, after a few weeks the support can fade, but I promise that will not be the case with our efforts. We will do what we can to help in the coming months and years. We already have some ideas brewing for long term solutions, in the meantime we will continue to provide emergency aid.
