Dominique Jackson Instagram – Once a person reaches a certain point in their #healing and #selfunderstanding journey those that benefited from them staying in trauma will attempt to inflict even more trauma by attempting to resurface the worst in them and then play victim. A person’s past behavior is not a weapon to be wielded. Give folks especially loved ones, the room to grow, to evolve and to learn.
Sending you all lots of love and even though there are many tragedies occurring let’s remember to take space to love ourselves so that we can have overflowing love, strength and capacity to be there for those that need us!
And if you may tend to have the tendencies of a bully, be bold enough to check yourself!
