Emilia Fox Instagram – I always love visiting RBG Kew and seeing the changing seasons, colours and plants. So it was a delight to enjoy the last of Summer ☀️ and welcome in Autumn 🍁 in the Nash Conservatory @kewgardens this week 🍃
As well as absorbing the pleasure of the gardens I always feel like I learn something there too. These are two of the things the experts talked about in this visit:
Fungi underpin all life on earth and yet it’s estimated that over 95% of fungal species remain unknown!

Fungi-based leather (which is extraordinarily lovely to touch!) is vegan friendly, cruelty free, and could help reduce the global carbon footprint.

I also tried mushroom granola 🍄🟫 which is definitely a first!
