Lucy Davis Instagram – When I first started training with Jake I was using the 3 and 5lb weights. Now I’m doing 90lb deadlifts, and 135lb hex bars. The joy I get from the achievement of doing something I never thought I could do is indescribable. For me it was about finding a way to workout that was enjoyable, rather than punishment! My head feels better when I’ve worked out, but I always hated doing cardio – running, cycling etc etc. If you’ve never tried weight lifting, give it a go!
