Edit- i didn’t want to add this at first cos i was worried it’d be too much. But it’s feeling incomplete! Ok. Honestly, everyday is a lot, because there’s so much going on in the world and it can feel insanely overwhelming. This framing works for me because i have the tendency to get in my own head and fritter away individual moments. Sometimes it is necessary reflection, sometimes it is overthinking. So this helps me keep the idea of time in perspective, and that even if things out of my control happen, it reminds me of my agency in each day.
