With everything going on last week, the time simply got away from many of us. I know we are all still sad and overwhelmed, but I would be remiss if I didn’t take a moment and acknowledge the passing of the great, Jimmy Carter. GOD BLESS President Carter for all of his contributions to the Human Race. It is President Carter who put FEMA in place, which helps so many rebuild their lives. He also created the incredible Habitat for Humanity, which I had the long-time honor of working with. Personally, I am so thankful for his thoughtfulness, love, compassion, for his example and legacy. What a gift to humanity. I have had the good fortune to be able to build homes with Habitat, housing that surely will redefine generations of families to come. These have been some of my life’s most wonderful experiences. I hope I get the chance to do it again for the many families displaced in Los Angeles. It is with the most gratitude that I hope you Rest in Peace and Glory!!
