With so much at our fingertips, partners like QVC remind me that in this Age of Possibility we need to make sure we are taking time for ourselves. This includes curating what and when we consume and sometimes just unplugging for a bit altogether. When’s the last time you went on a walk without your phone? Remember that?! As soon as I turned 50 a switch went off and I realized why do I spend so much time getting lost in the digital landscape, instead of living my life?! Follow the people who incite joy and make you want to be the best version of yourself—which so many of my fellow Q50 ambassadors do. And let the rest go!
