PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1. Vanilla Protein Powder – 1 scoop
2. First fruit of choice – 100 grams
3. Second Fruit of choice – 100 grams
4. Greek Yogurt/Low Fat Dahi – 100 grams
5. Milk of choice – 100 ml
6. Chia Seeds/Psyllium Husk – 10 grams/1 tbs
7. Walnuts – 1 half

OPTIONAL: You can freeze the fruit overnight or add ice if you want the smoothie extra cold.

NOTE: I have been using only strawberries since it’s strawberry season and I’m obsessed.

RECIPE:
*serves 1

1. In a blender, add the protein powder, both fruits, yogurt/dahi, milk, chia seeds/psyllium husk and blend well.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Crush the walnut, on top.
4. DRINK UP !
