Mohabaat-e-Sharbat
Ingredients:
Almond Milk- 1 lt
Rose Syrup – 1/2 cup
Fresh Watermelon juice (set in ice-trays)
Pieces of watermelon for garnish
Ice-trays to set the watermelon ice cubes
Method:
1. Cut fresh watermelon into pieces, remove the seeds and then blend it to get smooth watermelon juice. Pour into fun shaped ice-trays or regular ones and leave it to freeze overnight( make extra always so you can use it for a few extra days 😉)
2. Now ideally for this sharbat, chill your Almond Milk Tetra pack too (I love using So Good)
2. When ready to serve, take a large jug, pour the chilled Almond Milk and add the rose syrup.
3. Mix thoroughly & watch with delight, the bright beautiful pink colour appears!
4. Now add the beautiful watermelon ice cubes to glasses of choice and pour the prepared sharbat in them.
Enjoy this healthy & gorgeous sharbat and make your Ramadan even more special ❤️
