Jama Masjid ki galiyon se aapke dastarkhwan tak, this refreshing drink will keep you hydrated and motivated to crush your fitness goals💪 Bringing you the same taste with a healthy twist with my favourite @sogoodindia #almondmilk 🥳 ENJOY 😋 Mohabaat-e-Sharbat Ingredients: Almond Milk- 1 lt Rose Syrup – 1/2 cup Fresh Watermelon juice (set in ice-trays) Pieces of watermelon for garnish Ice-trays to set the watermelon ice cubes Method: 1. Cut fresh watermelon into pieces, remove the seeds and then blend it to get smooth watermelon juice. Pour into fun shaped ice-trays or regular ones and leave it to freeze overnight( make extra always so you can use it for a few extra days 😉) 2. Now ideally for this sharbat, chill your Almond Milk Tetra pack too (I love using So Good) 2. When ready to serve, take a large jug, pour the chilled Almond Milk and add the rose syrup. 3. Mix thoroughly & watch with delight, the bright beautiful pink colour appears! 4. Now add the beautiful watermelon ice cubes to glasses of choice and pour the prepared sharbat in them. Flavours ki Holi! 🎉🌈 Celebrate the festival of colors with a sweet twist! Indulge in our RABDI FALOODA, a vibrant treat that combines a rainbow of flavors with the richness of falooda! Rabdi Falooda Recipe Ingredients: Milk: 2 cups Milk Powder: 6 tbsp Almond Powder: 2 tbsp Sugar: 2 tsp Rose Water: 1 tsp Falooda Sevai: 1/4 cup Sabza (Basil Seeds): 2 tbsp Water: 1 cup Chopped Mango: 1/4 cup Green Grapes: 1/4 cup Cherries: 1/4 cup Khas Khas Syrup Rose syrup Kesar Syrup Garnish: Sliced Pistachios Rose Petals Method: 1. Prepare the Rabdi: In a pot, combine milk, milk powder, and almond powder. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the milk reduces. Add sugar and rose water once the milk thickens and the moisture evaporates. 2. Prepare the Sabza (Basil Seeds): Soak sabza seeds in water for about 20 minutes. If needed, add more water to help them soak properly. 3. Prepare the Falooda Sevai: Boil faluda sevai in water for 2-3 minutes until it doubles in size. Let it cool down. 4. Assemble the Falooda: In falooda glasses, add Khas Khas Syrup, Rooh Afza Syrup, and Kesar Syrup to each glass. Layer in the falooda sevai, followed by fruits (mango, grapes, cherries). Pour the rabadi mixture over the fruits and sevai. Party planning just got a whole lot easier! 🎉 I’ve got a killer combo that’s sure to wow your guests: this crazy-delicious (and easy-peasy) dish, paired with some seriously drool-worthy baked paneer! 💕 Trust me, your party will be NEXT LEVEL with this duo. Try it and thank me later! 😘 Broccoli salad Ingredients 2 cups of broccoli (cut and blanched) A few seedless dates (cut lengthwise) 200gms hung curd Salt & pepper to taste Cajun spice – 1/2 tsp 1 tsp honey Toasted Pine nuts- 1 tbsp Method Trim and cut the broccoli and blanch by cooking for about a minute in salted boiling water and then dunking it for about 30 seconds in ice water. This helps maintain the colour and the crunch of the broccoli which is imperative for a good salad. Now take a bowl of hung curd and whisk till you get a smooth consistency. Add salt, pepper, honey & the Cajun spice. Now add the blanched broccoli, dates, pine nuts to it and mix ensuring that all the pieces of broccoli are well coated. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for sometime. Who needs a store-bought thandai when you can make it at home? 🤔 Make your own thandai from scratch with love, care, and a pinch of magic ✨. Try this Holi and let me know what you think! Ingredients for Thandai Mix: • ½ cup Almonds • ¼ cup Cashews • 2 tbsp Pistachios • 2 tbsp Melon Seeds (Magaz) • 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) • 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf) • 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns • 1 tbsp Green Cardamom (Elaichi) • 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals (or 1 tsp rose powder) • ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder • ½ cup Sugar (or as per taste) How to make thandai mix : 1. Dry roast almonds, cashews, and pistachios for 1-2 minutes, then let them cool. 2. 2. Add all the roasted nuts, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom, dried rose petals, nutmeg powder, saffron, and sugar to a mixing jar. 3. Blend everything together into a smooth powder. 4. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place. How to Use Thandai Mix: Take 2 tbsp of the Thandai mix and stir it into a glass of chilled milk. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse, then strain if needed.
