Rabdi Falooda Recipe

Ingredients:
Milk: 2 cups
Milk Powder: 6 tbsp
Almond Powder: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Rose Water: 1 tsp
Falooda Sevai: 1/4 cup
Sabza (Basil Seeds): 2 tbsp
Water: 1 cup
Chopped Mango: 1/4 cup
Green Grapes: 1/4 cup
Cherries: 1/4 cup
Khas Khas Syrup
Rose syrup
Kesar Syrup

Garnish:
Sliced Pistachios
Rose Petals

Method:

1. Prepare the Rabdi:
In a pot, combine milk, milk powder, and almond powder. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the milk reduces.
Add sugar and rose water once the milk thickens and the moisture evaporates.
2. Prepare the Sabza (Basil Seeds):
Soak sabza seeds in water for about 20 minutes. If needed, add more water to help them soak properly.
3. Prepare the Falooda Sevai:
Boil faluda sevai in water for 2-3 minutes until it doubles in size. Let it cool down.
4. Assemble the Falooda:

In falooda glasses, add Khas Khas Syrup, Rooh Afza Syrup, and Kesar Syrup to each glass.
Layer in the falooda sevai, followed by fruits (mango, grapes, cherries).
Pour the rabadi mixture over the fruits and sevai.
Garnish with Rose petals and pistachio.
